There I laid, trapped alone by four corners of mayhem. The passions of below struck to the surface, staring me in the eyes with a vengeance, flooded with a resentment charioted by neglect. Our conversations travelled deep into the blue of midnight - how we fought and danced amongst our pain, orchestrated by the sheeted trauma of yesterday. Underneath such curtains is where we found our solace, our peace.

My dear love, my dear enemy. How we have come to define one another in our pursuit for absolute power and domination. You had forever stalked me amongst the shadows, yet only here and now have you captivated my soul. May we dance once more on the stage on which I abandoned you; my solitude.
